What data is transmitted?

In our database, we only store personal data that the applicant provides on the order form. This applies to both orders transmitted in paper form and those submitted electronically. This includes title, first and last name, billing and delivery address, telephone number, and email address. The additional data requested in the visa application forms of the respective countries (regarding marital status, identification documents, occupation, family, and travel plans) are forwarded by us to the respective visa offices and are not stored by our company. Documents submitted in paper form are destroyed after the completion of the order.

You can inquire with us at any time whether and what personal data about you is stored with us; deletion of your data record can be done at your request at any time. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties – except for a one-time disclosure to visa offices or in the case of a debt collection process to our lawyers or a collection court.

Data Security

The data stored with us is kept in our outsourced data center, Fritz Managed IT GmbH, which is certified according to ISO 27001 and commits itself to a strict privacy policy beyond legal requirements [ https://www.fritz.gmbh/de/datenschutz.htm ]. Data is transmitted using an encrypted process. Your data is accessible only to the employees of 1a Visa Consulting Limited and only during office hours. The employees have been trained and are committed to data protection.
