Application Form for Your Algeria Visa

You can download the application form (PDF file) for your Algeria visa here.

Please note: The application form from the Embassy and General Consulate of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria must be filled out on a computer and printed twice.

The PDF file must be filled out on your computer. Hand-filled application forms will not be accepted by the Algerian diplomatic missions.

The application forms must be submitted in duplicate, each accompanied by a current, biometric passport photo. Please include these!
